LOGISTICENTER AT CARLISLE North Middleton Township, Cumberland County, PA
LogistiCenter at Carlisle is an integrated industrial and logistics park with 6 buildings that total almost 4 million square feet. The LogistiCenter at Carlisle is located in North Middleton Township, Cumberland County, adjacent to the Pennsylvania Turnpike (I-76) and is within one mile of the I-81 Allen Road interchange. Borders Group and Crown Bolt (a subsidiary of Home Depot) are currently occupying buildings within the LogistiCenter at Carlisle.
Transportation Resource Group, Inc. (TRG) worked with DP Partners to provide traffic services for the LogistiCenter at Carlisle including, preparation of a Traffic Impact Study (TIS), design and preparation of traffic signal permit plans, design and preparation of highway occupancy permits for roadway improvements at the site accesses as well as at off-site intersections. TRG also worked with DP Partners in the acquisition of Right-of-Way from adjacent property owners for the roadway improvements and provided consultation during the construction phases.
LogistiCenter at Carlisle opened in 2005 with Borders Group becoming the first tenant. LogistiCenter at Carlisle currently has three buildings constructed. Building #4 is currently under construction for a potential tenant.
