PA TURNPIKE BRIDGE REPLACEMENT AT MILE POST 7.23

For this project, Transportation Resource Group, Inc. (TRG) was part of a design/build team that was contracted through the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission to replace bridge No. WB-112 at mile post 7.23, located in New Beaver Borough, Lawrence County Pennsylvania. The replacement bridge incorporated a center pier design that required an extensive traffic control plan. TRG was responsible for the preparation of the maintenance and protection of traffic (MPT) plans. The plans included a construction phase, lane closures, as well as intermittent total closures of the lanes. The MPT plan set totaled eight sheets and included items and quantities, and a construction sequencing narrative.
